Organization **Guest access** settings now include a **Welcome banner** and a **Guest accent color**.

You can keep the localized default welcome text, write one custom message for every language, or replace the banner with an image. The settings page shows a live preview. Custom messages can include the guest's name, organization, and your workspace company.

The optional organization color applies to guests who have not picked a personal color. A guest's own color still wins. Otherwise Leadtime uses the organization color, then the workspace color.
