Updates the display order of organization custom fields by providing an ordered array of field IDs.

**How it works:**
1. Provide an array of custom field IDs in the desired display order
2. The first ID in the array will have sort order 0, second will have 1, etc.
3. Fields not included in the array will maintain their current sort order

**Example:**
If you provide ["field-3", "field-1", "field-2"], then:
- field-3 will appear first in organization forms
- field-1 will appear second
- field-2 will appear third

**Note:** This affects the order in which custom fields appear in organization creation and editing forms.
