**Chat with agents** is now a workspace permission. Staff and other internal roles keep it.

The built-in Guest role does not. Standard guests no longer see the Agents page, the agent panel, or the toolbar button and keyboard shortcut.

If some guests should still chat with agents, turn **Chat with agents** on for a custom guest role.
