Project documentation now combines an ordered page-and-folder tree, the open
page, and its details in one responsive workspace. Create empty pages and
nested folders in place, drag or use the keyboard to reorganize them, and
review exact deletion counts before removing a page or folder tree. Everyone
with project access can read; the **Manage project documentation** permission
controls changes.

Documentation managers can edit together with live text, collaborator cursors,
and personal undo. One quiet header indicator covers title, tag, and content
saving. If a connection or metadata save fails, Leadtime preserves recoverable
work, explains conflicts, and warns only while changes are genuinely at risk.

Page history keeps complete title, content, and tag checkpoints. Preview or
restore an earlier page without losing the current version. On smaller screens,
the page stays central while navigation and details open in focused panels;
unsaved work, expanded folders, tags, and history remain in place.
