Reorder project categories

Updates the display order of project categories by providing an ordered array of category IDs.

How it works:

Provide an array of category IDs in the desired display order
The first ID in the array will have sort order 0, second will have 1, etc.
Categories not included in the array will maintain their current sort order

Example: If you provide [“cat-3”, “cat-1”, “cat-2”], then:

cat-3 will appear first
cat-1 will appear second
cat-2 will appear third

Note: This affects the order in which categories appear in dropdowns and lists throughout the application.
