Delete project

Soft deletes a project. The project will be marked as deleted (archived) but not permanently removed from the database.

What happens:

• The project is marked as archived
• It will no longer appear in active project lists
• Historical data (tasks, time bookings, etc.) is preserved
• The project can be viewed in archived projects if needed

Note: This is a soft delete operation. The project data remains in the database for historical reporting and audit purposes.
