Cancel vacation request

Cancels an existing vacation request.

When can vacations be canceled:

Pending vacation requests (awaiting approval)
Future approved vacations (not yet started)

Note: This endpoint is only available for employee accounts. Past vacations or vacations that have already started cannot be canceled.
