Delete (soft delete) a component library component

Soft deletes a library component by setting the deletedAt timestamp. The component is marked as deleted but not permanently removed from the database. Automatically cleans up invalid condition targets and updates timeframes.

What are Library Components? Library components are workspace-wide reusable templates (projectId is null). They serve as blueprints that can be imported into projects. Only library components (projectId is null) can be deleted through this endpoint.
