Empty page while a screen is still loading

Moving to a new screen now shows a blank page with a center spinner, then the new page fades in.

When you open a screen that still has to load, Leadtime no longer keeps the previous page on screen with a thin bar at the top.

The old page clears. A spinner sits in the center of the empty page. When the new screen is ready, it fades in.
