Creating a workspace now starts with one clear details form followed by email confirmation. Leadtime generates the workspace address automatically, so you can move from registration to setup with less back-and-forth.

We also strengthened verification and retry handling. Interrupted signups can recover cleanly, and billing setup only begins after the email address has been confirmed.
