Agents can record task time

Let an agent add time to the task it is working on and keep the activity visible.

When an agent works from a task, it can now create a time entry for that task and read the existing time-booking activity. This keeps agent work in the same project reporting flow as the rest of the team instead of leaving it as invisible effort.

The resulting booking is attached to the task and remains visible for review like any other recorded time.
