Task blocking

Tickets can wait on other tickets. Relationships in the sidebar show parent, blocked by, and is blocking, with a Blocked badge while any blocker is still open.

A ticket can now wait on another ticket. Open Relationships in the sidebar to set a parent, add a blocker, or mark this ticket as blocking someone else.

The Blocked badge stays on while any blocker is still New, In progress, Feedback, or Backlog. It clears when every blocker is Resolved or Closed. Relationships keeps the links and switches the heading to Was blocked by. You can still change status and close the ticket. Duplicate does not copy blocking links.
