Review recent workload, value categories, and attendance mood from the employee profile.

Employee profiles now include a Statistics tab with a six-month view of current work and capacity, recent value-category breakdowns, and mood distribution when attendance features are enabled.

When you need more detail, the page links into Staff and Goal Insights while respecting the viewer’s existing permissions.
