Leadtime plugins work across more agent clients

Leadtime can now supply its workspace guides through the same MCP connection as its tools.

Agent clients that support Skills over MCP can now import Leadtime’s setup and workspace guides from the existing Leadtime connection. Cursor and Codex plugin packages also use the portable Agent Plugins format, while older clients continue to receive the same guides from their normal plugin package.
