Delete (soft delete) a component in a project

Soft deletes a component by setting the deletedAt timestamp. The component is marked as deleted but not permanently removed from the database. Automatically cleans up invalid condition targets, recalculates project conditions, updates project configurationChanged flag, and updates timeframes.
