Documentation activity
Review project documentation changes across your workspace
Documentation activity shows completed project documentation editing periods across your workspace. Open it from Administration → Documentation activity.
You need the View workspace audit history permission. This permission lets you review audit entries, but it doesn’t grant access to the projects or pages they reference.
What each entry shows
Each row identifies:
- the editor and access source, such as Leadtime, an API token, OAuth, MCP, or an agent;
- the project and documentation page;
- the start and end of the editing period;
- whether the title, tags, or content changed;
- the first and last title or tag values in the period; and
- a compact count of accepted content updates.
Leadtime stores only the small title and tag boundaries plus compact content activity in this history. It never stores or displays a restorable page body here. Version checkpoints on the documentation page own the complete earlier title, content, and tags that you can preview or restore.
Open the affected page
Select a linked page name to open it in the project’s Documentation tab. A link appears only when you can normally access the active project and page. The audit entry remains visible without a link when you don’t have project access.
Deleted records remain understandable through retained names or an unavailable-item label. Deleted and unavailable projects or pages can’t be opened.
Find a change
Use search, filters, sorting, and pagination to narrow the history by editor, project, page, source, changed field, or time. Newest activity appears first by default.
Leadtime groups rapid changes by editor, page, and access source. A short pause closes an editing period, while a continuously active session starts another period after ten minutes. This keeps the history useful without adding one row for every typed change.
Note: Restore a page from History in the project Documentation tab. See Project documentation.
