Maintain your company's legal and administrative master data.

Open Your Company → Company Data to maintain your own company’s central master data.

Company Data – Overview

This includes all legal, administrative, and contact information that Leadtime automatically uses elsewhere, such as in invoices, contracts, and projects.

Purpose

Company Data keeps your organization’s essential information current in one place.

It provides the basis for correct legal disclosures, consistent communication, and automated documents throughout Leadtime.


Company Data

Master data

Company Data – Master data

  • Company name – the official name used in documents and projects.
  • Legal form – the company’s legal structure, such as a limited company, corporation, or sole proprietorship.

Address

Company Data – Address

  • Country, postal code, city, street, and house number – the company’s complete address.

    These details appear on invoices and contracts, for example.

Contact

Company Data – Contact

  • Phone number – the company’s official phone number.
  • Email address – the central business contact address.
  • Website – the company website (optional).
  • Fax – an optional field for companies that still use fax communication.

Tax and registration details

Company Data – Tax and registration details

  • Tax number – required for invoices and tax records.
  • Registration number – the company’s commercial-register entry.
  • Registration court – the court responsible for the registration.

Description

Company Data – Description

  • What we do – an optional description of your company’s business.

    Example: Creator of Leadtime—an ERP system for software service providers.

Save changes

After changing company data, select Update to save it.

The changes take effect immediately throughout the application.

Company Data is the central source for your organization’s details in Leadtime. It keeps legal, tax, and contact information correct, consistent, and available throughout the system.
